Hey friends, I wanna to share this new project I made last week.  I recently went back to one of the things I love doing: designing and making headbands.  I have my own headband line in my online boutique: Little Fab Closet by Fabulousity by Chiq ♥.  Where I design and create headbands, they are all hand sewn (by moi).  (Unleashing the little Martha Stewart again in me... miss this!) Well before I started making my new headband design, I saw this Hello Kitty candy container I bought months ago from Watsons.  And that gave me an idea to do something out of it, to make it useful after the candies are consumed. Here are the materials you will need : Hello Kitty candy container Felt cloth Fiber fill Pencil Pair of scissors Needle and thread   Procedure: Trace the HelloKitty head on the felt cloth using the pencil. Cut the traced Hello Kitty head. Sew them together (using blanket stitch ). If you are half way finish, put fiberfill inside the sewn Hello Kit

Minions! Every woman's purse or handbag is "our" life!  It's like our own little cabinet that we carry wherever we go, right?!   When we need something we just dig in and Whoala!  I grew up seeing my mom and aunt having everything that we need in their bag.  When I started working they have inspired me to do the same.  Now I understand why woman's bag are undeniably heavy, because we carry everything around. I hope this would inspire you to have your own mini emergency kit.  (or maybe you also have your own).  Well of course this is aside from my Kikay kit, where my pressed or loose powder, lip and cheek tint and etc. goes.  What's inside my handbag emergency kit? Hello HK lovers!!! Look at this!  Mcdonalds Indonesia recently released these Hello Kitty plushies .  Dressed in Ronald Mcdonald, Grimace, Hamburglar and Birdie : can't wait to get my hands on these cuties. Back to my old "hinanakit" (displeasure) when Mcdonalds Singapore had it's own Hello Kitty promo: Hello Kitty Bubbly world last year. Though I was able to get 3, which is half of the collection (I missed 3: Tuxedo Sam, Monchiki and Pom pom purrin). Why is it they no longer have the usual Hello Kitty x Mcdonalds collab here in the Philippines? I know, I know - I should've posted it last week pa!  (Sorry naman)  Anyway, Mango's Summer sale kicked off last June 11, 2015 both in-store and online.   I have already visited their Edsa Shangrila and Eastwood shops...during their VIP week: got a trouser, jumpsuit and a top.  I'm a Mango addict!  Even though a lot of new clothing brands opened their shops here in the Philippines, I always love Mango. Hello ... Kitty!   Welcome to your new home! (*wink)  I am so excited to use these pouches.  Yeah I'm an organizing freak!  My old bag pouch was already for retirement, so I badly need a replacement ASAP.  I got my old Hello Kitty pouch from Daiso Japan, but at the moment there are no HK pouches available. These uber cute red, white and blue flat pouches are made of vinyl with zip closure. (I so love it!♥) Aside from my bag organizer, a pouch is really a must-have .  I always carry pouches in my purse: plural? Yes, because I have 2 or 3 pouches in my bag:  For receipts, bills and small notes For my make up and first aid medicines For my charger/power bank That's why my bag is clutter free... It's was a busy long weekend for me.  Aside from spring cleaning my bedroom and our home, had my bonding time with my only niece Ysl who just turned 18 this month.  We dined out and shopped: just the 2 of us... It's been a while since we've done this.  Now I know that I am getting old, the baby that I used to carry in my arms is now a young lady.   We decided to try out a new resto, for a change (not the usual place where we eat). While strolling at the Mega Fashion Hall, we saw Chelsea Kitchen : I asked her if she like to try this one... "If there's chicken it's a go Ninang".  Well that's one thing we have in common, we both love "chicken" meals. And thank God for this long, I don't develop allergies in eating chicken (almost everyday).  My Tita would always tell me when I was still a kid: "Tutubuan ka na ng pakpak". Salad!  We love to start our meal with greens!  Honestly their Caesar Salad is one of the best

source: chanel.com It always excites me every time Chanel launches its new costume jewelry collection.  For their Pre-fall 2015 the collection is called Métiers d’Art (Craftsmanship).  Karl Lagerfeld the ever famous creative director of the house of Chanel incorporated the work of the famous European artisans and Austrian Imperial.   Velvet, gemstones, pearls...   When you see the collection, it's like you are hearing the famous waltz by Strauss and Mozart.  Of course Chanel is known for classic pieces, but I find Métiers d’Art Collection -- Extravagant !

I am really obsessed with the scent! It's very calming...   I always want our home especially my room to be smelling like I am in the lavender fields.  The sweet aroma is very relaxing and soothing and is great before you go to bed.
