I grew up calling this a "Romper" . Now it's either called a jumpsuit, play suit, onesies or a one-piece suit. It's an outfit: incorporating the trousers and top in one. Very similar to the what the skydivers wear. I love wearing jumpsuits because you need not look for a top to match your pants, shorts or skirt. For me the only disadvantage in wearing this is when you need to go to the bathroom.
