I received a text message : That I need to confirm the payment under my nickname and attach a proof of payment. I am kind of shock about this because how did they learn about my nickname. Good thing, I print all my GCash payment confirmation receipts. I went right away at the Kiosk the following day and presented the documents they have requested. I told the Pag-ibig staff that it should not be a problem, it does not matter who sent the payment as long as the account number is correct.
