CPK is always a good idea♥

It's almost the end of June... how time flies. Six months down for 2016.  Before this month says "Au Revoir" I want to share last weekend's meet up with my 2nd year high school BFFs.  We are actually 7 in the group but 2 are already based abroad and we have lost touched with 1.  Hopefully soon we will be complete.  It's really a wonderful feeling to be with friends you grew up with.  "Feeling you at heart" (hahaha)...   It's kinda hard to make our schedules meet that is why it took us 5 months since our last get together.  I realized that it's easier to plan and set a get together when we're younger but when when you're at the prime of your life there are a lot of things to consider.   But then, every meet up is as good as the last well sometimes even better... :) We all have this pizza and pasta cravings that day... The cozy and homey ambiance of California Pizza Kitchen at Edsa Shangrila Mall was our top choice. (It's actua

Pantene Obsession♥

I am not into trying new things, not a risk taker... If a product is "hiyang" on me, you will have a hard time convincing me to try a different one.  While I was grocery shopping at Unimart with my Tita yesterday: where else do I go right away? At the shampoo section.. (haha)  I'm obsessed with shampoos - Pantene to be exact, I don't know why but I love shampoos and conditioners.  So what did I get this time? I bought the Pantene Beautiful lengths shampoo: I love it's sweet candy scent. When I got home I brought out my Pantene collection... (I'm a happy girl - wink!*)   Smooth & Sleek Shampoo and Conditioner Botanicals Shampoo and Conditioner Beautiful lengths Shampoo Trivia: Beautiful Lengths variant was developed by Pantene to help provide real-hair to women who are fighting the big C. Ooops! Wait a sec.. Not only that there's more... These are aside from Pantene variants that are locally available: Shampoo: Hair fall

Bag of Beans (with the Accounting group) ♥

After our day tour at Canyon Cove last Saturday, we decided to have an early dinner at Bag of Beans, Tagaytay before we head back to Manila.  I have heard good things about this resto but I have not really tried it.  So I am a little excited.  Before we went to the restaurant,  we bought "pasalubong" (souvenir) at their bakery.  I bought two raisin loaves and a banana loaf.  Will tell my verdict as I go along. This pot of blooms welcomed us, as we enter their bakery...  As I have earlier mentioned I bought 2 Raisin loaves that is P145.00 each for the small,  large one is at P290.00 and 1 banana loaf at P210.00. Fingers-crossed hoping that these goodies will impress my taste buds.  I bake and cook so I am a little hard to please when it comes to food. (*wink!) As we went down the wooden stairs - these colorful lanterns welcomed us. Gardenish feel...very chic and vintage: with plenty of rooms suitable for groups Our group decided to go

Summer 2016 at the Cove♥

Hello everyone!  I am not really a beach person: my cousins and friends are completely aware of that.  I remember when I first went to Bora in 2004: it was more of my cousin's idea.  She told me that everyone is going ga-ga especially the foreigners in going to Boracay.  I'm from the Philippines and I haven't been there.  Okay, I'm not really into "waters"... I'm afraid of riding a "bangka" or boat.  Swimming pool is fine... beach water is actually a no-no: had skin allergies after Boracay and I told myself that will be the last.  I feel that the salt water is eating up my skin.  Anyway...  Last weekend our department opted to have our Annual team building/2nd quarterly meeting at Canyon Cove Hotel and Spa at Nasugbu Batangas.  It was a three and a half hours drive from Manila.  We started our day with fun games at the beach front.  14 in the department we are divided into two groups: I was the leader for Team 2.  Unfortunate
