Few more weeks before we welcome 2025... Time really flies fast... I wanted to share some of my personal "Tita Finds" this year.
- Goli Ashwagandha and Magnesium Glycinate - these two products helped me with my sleep problems. There are also other benefits for taking these supplements.
- Ashwagandha - According to webmd.com - it calms the brain, reduce swelling and lower blood pressure. It also helps in reducing anxiety, insomnia, physical and mental stress.
- Magnesium Glycinate - According to healthline.com : Relieves anxiety, improve bone health, lower blood pressure, reduce the risk of stroke, cardiovascular disease and type 2 diabetes; and helps prevent migraine headaches.
- Cortizone - I found this gem on my recent US trip. This truly helps in relieving itch from bug/insect bites, rashes and minor skin irritation on which I am really prone. I hope it will be available here in the Philippines soon.
- Some By Mi spot / pimple patch - Yes, I admit I'm a yesterday person when I learned about this. Pimple patches was introduced to me by my niece. I found this at Watsons and truly is a lifesaver to stubborn/painful pimples. Just place a patch on your pimple and... Whoala! It's gone.
- SVR Topialyse Cleansing Balm - This is a gift from a cousin and I loved it! This product cleans skin without drying. You can really feel the effectiveness after your first use. It's a gentle cleanser enriched with prebiotic.
- Clinique Beyond Perfecting - This is a foundation + concealer in one. Why buy two products when you can have this one. As you know Clinique is my go to make up brand. When Colourpop phased out their Concealer stick I need to find a good replacement. I also got this from the US, I am not sure if it's already available here in the Philippines. It's a bit expensive as compared to Colourpop but I love it's coverage.
- One/Size Ultimate Setting Powder - This is the first thing I looked for when I went to Sephora in the US. This soft matte finish loose (super fine) powder is an all day oil control powder - that really works. I use this on my undereye and I love it. Another thing, for those who does not know, One/Size is owned by Fil-Am personality Patrick Starr...
