I don't know if this would be something appropriate to share at this point but I know everyone was beginning to experience anxiety with the recent turn of events.  It is like we are back to square one in terms of Covid-19.  But I still decided to just to make everyone smile and feel beautiful. Two weeks ago I was craving for Dulcinea's Gambas...  As much as possible I don't really eat out because of the pandemic so I decided to make it.  And it's been a while since I shared something I cooked.  So here is my version of Gambas al Ajillo. Ingredients: 1/4 kilo Shrimps, medium or large shrimps approx 10 to 12 pcs  (peeled, deveined) 1 bulb of garlic (love it when there's more garlic) 1 pc. Siling Haba/Paningang (Long Chili), remove the seeds and chop in small pieces Olive oil approx 1/4 cup 1 tbsp. Butter (optional) Salt and pepper to taste Chopped parsley or spring onions (optional) for garnishing Heat the frying pan (medium heat) once hot put the olive oil then add the garlic.  Fry the garlic, once it's savory and turning a little brownish; Add the shrimps, when it's half way cooked; Add the chopped siling panigang (long Chili); Season with salt and pepper and add the butter. source: Google.com Today I want to share one of my saving or investment that I recently added to my "Tipid or Ipon" (Savings) list for my future of course.  Maybe you have heard about this Pag-ibig MP2 Savings, I have just started with it last year before the lockdown.  What is Pag-ibig MP2 Savings?   MP2 Savings program is a voluntary savings open for Pag-ibig members in addition to it's Regular Savings which earn higher dividends.  The program is open to all members of Pag-ibig fund and/or Pensioners regardless of age with at least 24 monthly regular savings prior to retirement.  It's a 5 year term savings that yield higher interest, and like the SSS Peso fund (which I also have) it is also tax-free.  According to Pag-ibig  the average dividend rate for the past 3 years is 7.65%. First of all, if you are planning to get a dog you should be ready for a long time dedication and commitment.  Having a fur baby is not just for fun and playing games.  We have to understand that these are living creatures that needs to be taken cared of and nurtured.  In short it is like having your own child. I had Mochi last October 12, 2020  - he arrived at our home a few days before he turned 2 months.  It was my first time to have a pet dog and I can say I am really a newbie - furry god mum.  Mixed emotions... actually... Honestly the first few days of having a puppy... it was a little stressful.. aside from him being to tiny, I am afraid that I could not give him the 100% time since I have a day job. Today is Ash Wednesday... it signifies the beginning of the Lent.  Six weeks of penitence before Easter.  Unfortunately I cannot go to church to hear mass but I will do it online, like what I usually do every Sunday. I hope this pandemic will end soon... so we could go back and visit the church.  I know that I can pray wherever I may be but the serenity and solemnity that I feel inside that church is that I miss most.

I am a self confessed planner addict.  Well, not just planners but also notebooks.  For this year, I will not be doing - creative planning.  I wasn't able to find the appropriate planner for it. [sad :( ]  I was supposed to get/use another Kikki.k planner, but unfortunately my cousin did not push through with her trip here in the Philippines.  I do buy my Kikki.k planner direct from Australia because it's cheaper.  So if my cousin or friends from down under is coming here for a visit I really ask them to buy me a one. This year I am using a Belle de Jour  - I grow with the Earth planner, since it's already colorful and lots of activities/worksheets to do: there is no need to decorate or do some creative stuff on it.  I will surely miss doing that this year. It was my first time to use this planner... and first thing I love about it - is the paper. ♥  I love using planners with monthly and weekly pages :  but I find the monthly page boxes...

It's been a while since I shared a bag review.  If I could remember it right the last one was the Katre x Hello Kitty Camden bag.  It's a local brand here in the Philippines that collaborated with Sanrio / Hello Kitty they came up with this weekender but I used it for work as a documents bag.   Anyway, let's go back to business..
