Philsys National ID♥

source: PNA Just got my National ID last week, I was able to register last December 2021.  Fortunately, they put up a registration center here in the mall where I am working, which I find really convenient.  (So i need not take a leave from work just to apply for the ID). I was so excited when I got it from mail, but unfortunately it does not bear my signature.  So that means you cannot use it as a primary ID in banks: because they require IDs with signature.  But according to PSA it's part of the security feature of the card.  And the PSA calls for the recognition of the PhilID as a valid proof of identity which includes opening bank accounts. -  PSA calls for the recognition of PhilID . How to register for PhilID?  Before you need to register online to get an appointment https://register.philsys.gov.ph , now you they accept walk-ins. What are the requirements? You can find it here just click on the link :  Requirements for Philsys ID Do you have...

Fashion trend 2022: Neons are back♥

source: Zara.com Perfect pop of color is in trend this year! Neons are back for Spring/Summer 2022!  I have a love for neon colored stuff... from bags, accessories and clothes of course.  For me "neon" or "fluo" or "highlighter" is a happy color - it will really brighten your day.  I am glad that it's making a comeback this year (during this time of pandemic we really need bright and cheerful colors instead of the subtle ones) .  Some may not love it,  some may hate it (others say: you look like an early warning device)... but for me I love it!♥    source: Furla If you are also into neon but you don't know if the trend fits you or your age.  You may try toning it down by wearing it on a plain white ensemble or your LBD (little black dress).  source: Google source: Google Wearing a black blazer or jacket over it or vice versa (wearing a neon coat over your black outfit). It also look good in jeans or shorts.  It's fun to play around with ...

Boar in the Year of the Water Tiger♥

" Xin Nian Kuai Le" (新年快乐) Let's welcome the year of the Water Tiger!  Year of the Tiger starts from February 1, 2022 to January 21, 2023.   I am not a Chinese but honestly I follow their new year's tradition and I also buy feng shui charms, cures and enhancers needed for every year.  I use them as guides.. I don't just rely on the charms to run my life.  I was born in 1972, many would think that I am a Year of the Rat baby.  But since I was born before the Chinese new year in 1972 - I am considered born on the Year of the Boar / Pig.   I love reading and researching anything about feng shui, especially those that are applicable to my sign.  One of the things I read about was - it will be an unstable year for people born in the year of the boar that is why I also searched on the charms and enhancers I need to have in order to counter them. Feng Shui Cures and Enhancers for the Year of the Boar 2022: Tai Sui Amulet - The Tai Sui ...

My Favorite Designer Bags: 2022 Edition♥

I just want to share 5 of my favorite designer bags.  I am not rich and not sharing this to brag... (Sharing this to inspire those who dreams of having their own designer bag).  I really saved up in order to afford these bags.   It's every girl it's a dream to have a least one Louis Vuitton bag or Chanel bag.  Well, Chanel bag is a dream... (and still is...) 1. Louis Vuitton Montorgueil in PM size or simply the LV Monty .  - This tops the list of my favorite because it's my first luxury and Louis Vuitton bag.  I got this in 2015 and is already discontinued.  So this is a collector's piece already.  I have also shared a review of this years back:  Louis Vuitton Monty  . 2. Prada Tesutto B1843M  - What I love about this bag is that it's lightweight and very spacious.  This was also my first Prada bag, I have doubts at first of getting this because it's nylon - but I realized it was worth it.  It's very versatile - you c...

Golden in 2022♥

Happy 2022 everyone!   This is my first post for the year.  Actually I was planning to post something on the first week of January, but unfortunately a lot of things happened.  My nephew got sick (his family is living with us), and our family doctor advised us to isolate for 10 days.  He did not required us to have an antigen test anymore, because we are all fully vaccinated (and majority of us have been boosted).  I am super worried also because I have senior parents but "Praise God!" that they did not get sick or had any symptoms (that's why - vaccines really help!). Quarantine Celebration:  I never thought that I will celebrate my 50th birthday on isolation.  When the pandemic started last 2020 I was very optimistic that by 2022 we will be back to normal.  Unfortunately,  we are still in this situation, I was hoping to celebrate my birthday even with my family and close relatives.  (Since the cases last December was low).  I...

Japan trip throwback♥

Konichiwa!  This post is two years in the making.  Yes, it's been 2 years since my first trip in Japan.  Luckily before the pandemic struck, we (me and my sister's family) were able to visit the Land of the Rising Sun.  Going to Japan is always a wish, yes you've guessed it right - because I am a big Hello Kitty fan. (*wink!)  Kidding aside, I have also heard from my friends who have traveled there that Japan is a great travel destination.   I wasn't able to share this trip right away here in my blog... and I can't really remember why.. haha..  It was a 5 day trip to Japan, we chose Osaka because the kids wanted to go to the Universal Studio. We flew via Philippine Airlines (PAL) and stayed at Holiday Inn (Osaka Namba).  Staying in Holiday Inn is one of the best decisions we made since it's just walking distance to Dotonbori.  This welcomed us when we arrived at the Osaka International Airport Our itinerary includes visit to Universal St...
