Tortoise Trend

What is the first thing that comes to our minds if we talk about tortoise? Of course ... Turtle or Tortoise!  In the fashion scene, tortoise shell or tortoiseshell is the material that comes from the shell of the hawksbill tortoise that is an endangered species.  It was widely used before in making combs, sunglasses and etc.  Tortoiseshell is brown and gold in color... very earthy and beautiful in appearance.  Since it's already endangered, so companies now use faux tortoiseshell.

Tortoiseshell accessories (faux, of course) is one of the trends to watch out for this year... (Spring & Summer 2013)

I L♥VE Pink, Glitters and Sparkles...

Yesterday I missed posting the accessory I'm wearing, so this day I'll be hitting two birds with one stone.. (*wink)

I wore the accessories from my favorite fashion icons - Tarina Tarantino and Betsey Johnson.  I both love their fashion jewelry actually I have a couple in my collection.  They are also the reason behind my liking to create and design my own accessories.  Love the uniqueness, funkiness and style...which really stands out!

 Pink and Black was my peg yesterday that's why I used my Gothic Lolita necklace from Tarina Tarantino's Pink head collection, it's her collaboration with Hello Kitty/Sanrio.

Today it's Betsey's day!  I want something glittery and sparkling! From my Betsey Johnson Collection I chose this Iconic Cupid half stretch bracelet... ♥♥♥

Vintage feel♥

Chains are making a comeback this year.  Since I love stacking bracelets so today it's Chain + Chain day!  I piled together Vintage chain link bracelet and Lovely leopard chunky heart toggle bracelet and to match the angel's wing charm on the bracelet I used Cherubs wings ring.

I really find animal prints glamorous!  This was supposed to be posted yesterday, but Mondays is really toxic day for me.  This is what i wore yesterday... and i really, really liked it!  Better to wear animal prints on plain black or khaki outfits so it will not overpower your whole look!♥

Kitty Girl♥

Every year we usually have Valentine lunch here in the office.  This year we decided that instead of red, girls will wear pink and the boys blue.

It was just a small get together... but it's fun!

 Very timely the there's a Valentine display in the Entertainment center of Sta.Lucia East Mall and had a couple of snapshots there!

Who said I can't wear ballet flats?

 I can't wear flat shoes... I don't know why... It's either my feet hurts more, they're too big (my feet i'm a size 8) that it's not so pleasing to eyes seeing myself wearing those kind of shoes. I am into high heels and wedges, I feel more comfortable wearing them.


Day 4 : instead of wearing ballet flats on my feet... I wore it on my wrist! (*wink)♥

Accessories for the day!♥

I started sharing last Tuesday the accessories I am wearing on my Facebook account, from day 1 I am getting a couple of likes.  And that made me  so excited that is why I make it a point to do it everyday!  

Yes, it does help me get clients for my shop:  showing off how it look when my items are worn aside from of course the LookBook which was one of the features of my page. Where I try to incorporate my accessories to outfits!
