Hello Kitty x Colourpop Part 2♥

source: Google

For the second time around, Colourpop cosmetics will be releasing it's collaboration with Hello Kitty, but in this collection it includes other Sanrio characters (Little Twin Stars and My Melody). When I have learned about this I got so excited.  Being a Colourpop fan and Hello Kitty/Sanrio of course this made me so giddy.

source: Google

The collection was released last December 4 but unfortunately they can't deliver to the Philippines because of license restrictions.  It's sad because I was so excited to purchase some items in this collaboration.  I often purchase Colourpop cosmetics online via their website, that is why I am expecting that I will be able to buy this collection because I missed their previous Hello Kitty collaboration.

The Hello Kitty and Friends x Colourpop Collection 2020 consists of the following:
  • Snow Much Fun Palette $16.00
  • Mini Glitterally Obsessed Quad $20.00
  • Lux Gloss Kit $27.00
  • Snowkissed Lip Care Kit $20.00
  • Pressed Powder Blushes (2 shades) $12.00 each

How do you find this collaboration? Please share it with me on my comments section..

Starbucks x Kate Spade

source: Google

One of the collaborations I have been waiting for.  This collaboration of Starbucks x Kate Spade was released yesterday December 1, but it was already sold out when I arrived at the nearest Starbucks (from home).  The baristas told me that as early as 7 there are people lining up and waiting for the store to open.  Yes, I admit I am a bit late in learning about this collaboration and second I don't have work that day because it's holiday in the place where I work (so I was too lazy to get up early).

The collection was also available in their official store in Lazada but it's sold out also. :(

source: Google

This Collaboration will be available in Asia Pacific countries and features Kate Spade's iconic dots, stripes, cityscapes and curious cats.  Merchandise consists of Stainless steel mug, Stainless steel water bottle, double wall mug, ceramic mug, notebook, small pouch and a tote bag.

source: Starbucks Philippines

But only four items will be released in the Philippines: Red dots - Stainless steel water bottle and Double wall mug and Cityscapes Stainless steel water bottle and tote.

I tried sourcing everywhere and I found one! Though it was a price higher than the original price... which I really expect, since the merchandise was sold out all over Metro Manila.  But I still bought it as a Christmas gift to myself. (*wink)   I am just waiting for it to arrive, it will come all the way from Cebu.  I will be sharing it once it arrives. :)

FYI, the prices are as follows: Stainless steel water bottle P1,495.00, Double wall ceramic mug P1,395.00 and Canvas tote P1,695.00.

I'll update the soonest!

Teavana Starbucks Planner 2021♥

Finally got my hands on this!  The 2021 Starbucks planner in Yellow - the Teavana Youthberry.  The planner is inspired by tea traditions and rituals from many cultures according to Starbucks Philippines.  It's hardcover is covered with yellow PU leather with embossed iconic siren tail in gold.  I really love the planner - it' color and the embossed gold design.  But I hope next time it SB planner will come with a pen again.

Here are some of the photos of my Starbucks 2021 planner journey I shared on my Instagram account.

I really wanted to collect them all again... I just hope I can do it again... I will share what I will get next.

I'm Fur -ry God Mom!♥

It's really hard to think of things to share lately, especially during these times when we are not supposed to go out (too much).  I do go out just for work or do some errands, I am still afraid to go malling or go out of town because as we all know "Covid" is still there.  I have an uncle who died few months ago because of Covid that is why we are more paranoid and afraid of going out.  At the same time both of my parents are senior citizens and I live with them.

Covid really changed every thing... as they say we are living in the "new normal" with face masks and face shields.  Though normally I have my sanitizers with me (even before) but now I think I sanitize my hands every 15 minutes or every time I touched something.  As I have told my friends, it's normal to be "maarte" or a little over the top now in terms of health, safety and cleanliness during this time.

Mochi at 3 months

Anyway, last month we welcomed a new member in our family - Mochi.  Mochi is a (male) maltipoo dog, given by my sister.  She has 3 dogs already, that is why she decided to give it to me.  Taking care of a dog is not new to me, though I did not have a pet of my own.  Couple of years ago my niece had a Shih tzu, and I remember bathing him every weekend.  When they transferred to their new home they took him with them.  Mochi is almost 2 months when he came to our home and he was so tiny... now he just celebrated his 3rd month last November 15 and he's growing very fast.  He's super playful and the photo I have posted is one of the decent photos he had.  He is semi-potty trained and accidents still occur, but I hope soon he will be able to do it on his own.  At the moment he still stays in his crate or leashed. His arrival helped me and my family overcome anxiety and stress of not going out, especially my parents.

I have already trained him to sit, wait and go down... I am happy with these developments and hoping that I could teach him more tricks.  I am not a professional, I just watch videos on You tube on how to train a dog.  I have learned that I should always have edible treats ready every time we start our training and whenever he starts barking (too much) and nibbling.  I also bought him chew toys, aside from the fact  that he is teething (at 3 months), I want to him to have something to play with if ever I am at work.

I am not used to be called mom, since I am single...  I am the God mother or "Ninang" (in Tagalog) of almost all of my nephews and nieces -  so may maybe I can call myself as a "Fur God mom" or "Fur Ninang" of Mochi! (*wink).

Do you also have a maltipoo or any pet dog?  Please share something to me on the comment down below.  It will be much appreciated.

It's the time of the year again.  And time to collect my little piece of happiness...
The Starbucks 2021 Planner together with the Christmas goodies and merchs will be out on SB stores starting November 3, 2020.

I am very excited with the planners of course (collector here from 2007) and with the returning all time fave Christmas / Holiday drink - Peppermint Mocha.

I know we are facing a pandemic... but at least this is one of the things that we can look forward to and make us smile.

Hello Kitty Card skins♥

source: cucucovers.com

So what are card skins? That was also my question also when I came across Cucu Covers card skins.  Card skin is an adhesive you put on to your bank card, beep card, metro pass or any other card - to customize it!  Giving your card it's own personality.  How cool is that?  No more boring cards on your wallet.  What is more exciting about about this card skin is that they have Sanrio designs - Hello Kitty in particular. (*wink)

They also have wide range of designs that could fit your personality.  You can also customize your own card skin. :)

Card skins are available in 3 variations:

♥ Full cover - $8.00 each

source: cucucovers.com

♥ Full cover with window - $8.00 each

source: cucucovers.com

♥ Half cover - $6.00 each

source: cucucovers.com

These card skins are also available in no chip, large (round/square) chip and small (rectangle chip)

source: cucucovers.com

They also offer bundles at the moment if plan to buy more that one card skin.

If you are tired of your usual bank card, you can give it a fresh new look with card skins.

Might purchase a couple of these cuties soon... will share once I get them.

Sunscreen: Yay or Nay? ♥

Do we really have to wear sunscreen?

Source: Google.com

According to my cousin who is a dermatologist - Yes!   Aside from the harmful sun rays, the blue light from our mobile phones, tablets, laptops and desktop computers have shown to be the cause of pigmentation and aging.  Don't get me wrong -  sun rays is good for the body its the best natural source of Vitamin D, but we have to protect our skin which is the largest organ in our body.

Actually even before my cousin told me this, I am already using moisturizer and foundation with high SPF (Sun Protection Factor) since I use the computer more than 8 hours a day because of work and of course mobile phone because of my online boutique. She also told me that even if I am just at home it is very important to apply sunscreen.

We should really start early in protecting our skin especially our face.  When I turned 30 I started using Pond's age miracle day and night cream and facial wash - better to start early right?!  That was aside from the fact that I have good genes (that I look my age according to my friends hehe), but I think eating healthy and not smoking are big factors that I don't look my age.

Source: Google.com

I am a very big fan of Pond's, recently I found this during my grocery shopping : White Beauty skin perfecting Sunscreen SPF 50pa+++.  So I wear this after applying the age miracle day cream, now I feel doubly protected. Have been using this for a week, so far I have not encountered any problems.

What are the benefits of using sunscreen:
  • Protects skin from harmful UV rays;
  • Prevents sun burn;
  • Lowers risk from skin cancer;
  • Prevents pre mature aging;
  • Enhances skin health
Please also note of the expiration of your sunscreen its shelf life is up to 2 to 3 years.

Tita of Manila♥

We often hear this term nowadays.  Do you consider yourself a Tita of Manila?  For my own personal opinion... "Titas of Manila" is the best description for the powerful and independent women of today (the age of the Millennials).  Yes I do consider myself a "Tita" but not yet a Lola.. (hahaha).. I'm in my late 40's but who cares... age is just a number, what's important are your learnings and experiences through the years.

Here are some of the things you should know if you are one of us:
  • Clothes - we opt for classic looks... plain top or bottoms.  We are more into classic white, black or dark/navy blue, army green.  But sometimes we also love adding a splash of colors into our outfit but not too loud.
source: Google.com

  • Slip-ons/Slippers - when we reached the 40's mark we tend to experience back pains... (I do experience this too).   I used to wear sky-high heels, stilettos...  now I am more comfortable in wearing flats, slip-ons, sneakers...(1 to 2 inches heels or wedge sandals is still good for me) the transitions is not easy at first I had a hard time but when I got used to it - i loved it.  Though I still wear heels on special occasions...

  • Accessories/Jewelries - Not so much for the chandelier earrings.. but more on the classic pearls and diamonds in bigger sizes.  I remember my jeweler friend told me that as you grow old you must wear bigger and more classic jewelries.  Before I am so into huge cocktail rings (i have a collection of rings) but now I don't wear them anymore (especially now we are facing a pandemic). Now I love wearing a Tiffany or single stone ring, an eternity ring or plain Cartier ring.  But I do wear 2 to 3 rings...

  • The Bag - my favorite of all (hihi)...  I am into "To-Go Bags" - the bag that fits almost everything that I need... my kikay kit, sanitizer, medicines etc... It's like carrying my closet with me.  That is why the bag's weight is the most important quality that I am looking for now.  At the moment my "To-Go Bag" is my Prada Tesutto B1843M.  I also go for small sling bags when I going to the church or grocery.

  • Loyalty/Discount cards - From Rustans FSP, Laking National, SM advantage, Plains and Prints - name it!  If you are a certified Tita of Manila for sure you have at least 2 of these cards...

  • Make up/Cosmetics - Nudes, Browns is love!  Though I am into nudes since the time I have learned to wear and apply make up... I'm still into it... the "no make up look" is still the best for me.

  • Skin care - For sure every Tita (of Manila) has an anti-aging cream in her dresser... or even a set of skin care products... To be honest I started using anti-aging moisturizer when I turned 30.
What do you think? Do you consider yourself a Tita of Manila?  Share your thoughts in the comment section below! :)

My Smart Bedroom♥

Who would have thought I will be experiencing - home automation?  I remember when I was a kid, The Jetsons series (which is one of my favorite cartoons in the 80's) were the things in their home are fully-automated. Last year my brother in law gave me a Google home mini, he bought it from the US.  I was so excited with the new toy.  It's a speaker that you can connect to your WIFI and can be used as a smart home control hub/personal assistant.

I downloaded the Google application in my phone, at first I only used it as a bluetooth speaker for playing music, setting alarms, checking the weather and anything that you wanted to search in Google.  Then after a few months to make the most our of the gadget I bought a smart socket and an IR transceiver.

Got my smart socket and IR Transceiver from True Value - Cherry Home Brand.  Since these are electronic devices I really wanted to look for something that is locally made, for safety and has passed product standards here in the Philippines.  Because it is very important that the things you buy specifically electrical or electronic gadgets or devices have passed product standards with electrical safety certificate.

Cherry Home is subsidiary or sister company of Cherry Mobile which is a local Philippine brand.  As I have previously mentioned I purchased a smart socket at Php600.00 each and an IR Transceiver at P1,100.00.  You may also visit their Cherry Home Website they have a variety of things perfect for your home.

I connected my aircon and television to the IR Transceiver so I just command Google if wanted to turn on/off the TV and aircon or change the temperature of the aircon etc.    The socket I plugged in my bedside lamp, so when I need to open it I just tell google to turn it on.  No need for me to look for the switch.  Very convenient, especially the IR Transceiver I need not look for the remote control and it save me from buying batteries.  And I am planning to add more smart gadgets not only in my bedroom but also to our home.

I just love having these gadgets in my bedroom, it's like you have a personal assistant doing things for you.  Though you may think this will make you lazy, but for me home automation benefits are convenience and control that is aside from savings and safety.  Especially now our "new normal" - we are promoting contactless transactions and touch-free gadgets to avoid the spread of the virus.

Are you also into having a smart home or a fully automated home?  Please share your thoughts and experiences with me.

Money saving matters♥

Source: Google

There are a lot of learnings that happened during this quarantine.  Maybe one of the positive things that  Covid-19 has taught everyone : having an emergency fund.  When I started working I admit, I buy anything and everything that I wanted.  (A new phone every year, clothes and bags etc).   But 5 years after I realized that I need to save so I opened my savings account in China Bank (this is not actually my first, I had a Banco Filipino Happy Saver's Club account before).  This is where I started saving money from my salary.  Saving P500.00 to P1,000.00 per payday, is not that bad, right?! From that time I realized the importance of being frugal.  Though I still buy things that fascinates me but I think about it first 1 million times before splurging. (hihi)

As time goes by I wanted to grow my money more I tried researching for different ways, like investing my money, getting mutual funds and etc.  I also tried the "Ipon Challenge" I did the invisible P50.00  so all the P50.00 that I get I put it in a bottle. And that helped me put up my emergency fund.  So I was able to have additional funds to spend during the quarantine.

In 2014, I opened a time deposit at Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) and until now it's there it rolls over every 90 days.  From 2014 until now my money earned around 2% of my TD amount.  It's not that big I know but at least my money is secured there in the bank earning interest.

Then when SSS introduced their SSS Peso Fund in 2016, I also applied for that so I will an extra funds when I retire.  I wrote about this before : if you want to know about it you may click on this link SSS Peso Fund.  SSS Peso Fund is on top of your retirement benefit from SSS.  Though at the moment after 4 years of having this from the last time I checked my earnings it was only P14.50 (net) for P30,000.00 total contributions.

Last December 2019,  I opened an BIMI Mutual funds in BPI for P10,000.00 (from my 13th month pay). They said that you will actually experience your earnings in investments after 5 years.

Before the lockdown,  I also applied for the Pag-ibig fund's MP2, per reviews I read online this is way better than the SSS Peso Fund.  Let's see how this will go the fund's term is 5 years at P500.00 per month contribution.

I realized that I should have started investing when I was younger.  Well at least before I reach my golden age in 2 years at least I have small investments that I hope will grow and earn before I retire.

Project: Felt cloth rose♥

I wanted to share with all of you of the my projects at home during the ECQ.  Aside from cooking and baking I also love crafting.

Here are the things that you need:
  • Felt cloth
  • Pair of scissors
  • Needle and thread
  • Glue gun + glue stick or Fabric glue

Trace the bottle cap on the felt cloth. Make 18 pcs.

Cut the 18 pcs of round felt in half (making 36 pcs of petals)

After sewing the petals together, gently pull to make ruffles. (Do it carefully so the thread with not break).

Then roll slowly from end to end, putting some glue to hold the petals together.

Now you have a gorgeous rose made out of felt cloth.

Happy Crafting! Hope you all enjoy this project!♥

Katré x Hello Kitty : Camden Tourist bag♥

source: Katré

As promised I will make a review about this bag.  I think this is the first time that Sanrio collaborated with a local Filipino (bag) brand - Katré.

I was really looking for a documents bag that I can use for work (for so loooong).  Last year I have to let go (retire) my old Mango documents bag which is super worn out (but I really loved that bag - it served it's purpose for more than 5 years).  So from that time I have been using an eco or reusable bags to carry of other stuff that I use at the office (until I find the best bag to replace my Mango bag).

Then I saw Katré in a sponsored post on Instagram:  they are advertising their upcoming collaboration - Hello Kitty.  When they uploaded a sneak peek of the collection I immediately fell in love with the Camden.  I thought it was an ordinary tote but to my surprise it was a three (3) way bag.  Aside from a regular hand bag, it can be used as a shoulder bag and backpack.  That is why it's also a perfect overnight bag.

The Bag:

  • Exterior : Made of calf leather - its a slouchy leather bag with buttery feel.  It does not hold it's shape but not really a problem for me. It also comes with a Hello Kitty themed bag leather bag tag;
  • Interior : Suede lining, one (1) zippered interior pocket and two (2) open pockets;
  • Enclosure : Zip and snap enclosure;
  • Dimension : 12" (L) x 15.5" (H) x 5.5" (W)

From the time, I bought and used my Prada nylon bag to work (and travel), one of my top requirements in choosing a bag is it's weight.  Since I carry a lot of abubots (knick knacks) a lightweight bag is really a must.   At the same time I don't want to stress my shoulders because I am not getting any younger.  Camden's wait is so-so for me, not to heavy not to light (just right for a leather bag).  But it's lighter than their Hanover bag.

Overall (♥♥♥♥.5)  I love the bag!  It fits it's purpose - as my documents bag.  At the same time I can also use it when I go out of town or vacation with my family and friends.  And of course it has my favorite character - Hello Kitty...

Til my next bag review!

The love for writing♥

Hello everyone!  I know it's been a while since I last have an update.  I do miss writing and sharing my thoughts, but because of the pandemic and "ECQ's, GCQ's whatever Q's" they call it piled up my office work.  I need to finish everything: update records and prepare reports.

Now we are in what they say as the "New Normal".  Wearing a face mask and shield is now mandatory, honestly I am not really 100% into the "full face shield" thing.  It's really hard to breath, with the face mask on + the full face shield.  Before they made the wearing of face shield mandatory I always wear a half face shield with my face mask and I think it's way better than the full face.  Often times I saw people wearing their full face shields on their head.. Anyway that's not the main subject of this post.. (hihi)  Let's go back.. we are in the new normal... and the Internet is really the number one most effective medium in this Millennium / Gen Z era .  All things are now done online: shopping, banking and etc.  More and more are switching to Vlogging (Video Blogging) and I am still "jurassic".  Now I feel writing a blog is now an old or vintage way of communicating with the Gen Z.  At the moment I don't really want to shift into vlogging.. firstly because I am "camera shy" hahaha... I am not closing my doors but at this point in time there are no plans.  I feel I am too old for that vlogging thing.  I still so love writing to express myself.

Writing goes way back in high school... I love writing letters to my family, relatives and friends... I also have a small diary where I write my day to day activities, well I still do have a planner to jot down every thing.  Writing helped me release my emotions especially when I feel lonely...  It's like I am talking with my best friend and I feel relieved.  I wish I could write more often also... I should think of the new things to share with all of you... I will try to do it...  Because writing is my stress reliever... and it makes me HAPPY!♥

Fabulousity by Chiq turns 9♥

They say August is a "ghost month" in Chinese, that we should not start or open a business... But August has been very lucky for me.  I started my online boutique in August 2011 and now it's 9 years old.  I am very thankful to God that I was able to fulfill one of my childhood dream...♥

Hello Kitty + Katré: A Collaboration♥

source: Katré

Another super cute Hello Kitty collab!  Last February 28, 2020 Katré launched their Hello Kitty bag line at their Pop-up store - 3rd floor of Greenbelt 5.  Honestly, I just learned about Katré when they announced their upcoming collaboration with Sanrio / Hello Kitty.

A little information about Katré: Katré is a  local Philippine brand established in 2009 by it's owner and creative director Kat Erro.

source: Katre

Aside from Hello Kitty, what's exciting about this collaboration is that - it's a Filipino brand.♥

I went to their pop-up store yesterday to check out their bags... especially the Hello Kitty bags.  (*wink)  Before the actual release, I have been eyeing their Camden bag since I am really looking for a documents bag that I can use everyday to work.  I have an option to purchase it online but I since it's my first time to get to know this brand, I wanted to see and touch their bags in actual.  When I arrived at their store, all the bags are so pretty!  For a bag lover like me - that did not disappoint. Their bags are made of high quality genuine leather and the stitching is superb.

Their Hello Kitty limited edition collection comes in various shapes and sizes, that fits every girl or women's need... from bumbag to their camden tourist line.  They also have small leather goodies like Hello Kitty coin purses.

source: Katre

The Bumbag comes in 5 colors: Black, Blue, Oat, Red and Yellow: each bag has vintage Sanrio prints like airplane, bow, 3 apples, fish bowl and milk. Price is at P5,999.00

source: Katre

Piccadilly : is a pint-size bag it's dimension is 5 x 7 x 4 inches and it also comes Black, Blue, Oat, Red and Yellow.  It's a cute sling bag and I super love the "yellow".  I like the structure but I already have too many small bags.  I hope they will come up with a bigger version of this bag.  But if I don't have much tiny bags I would surely get this bag in yellow.. let's see if I could control myself.. (hahaha): Price at P6,500.00

source: Katré

Thames : is another favorite, a double zip box bag, with adjustable long strap in Black, Blue, Oat and Red.  Like the Piccadilly and the other bags in this collection it has HK's iconic bow. The bag's dimension is 6.5" x 9" x 3.5" and has interior pockets, key holder and a back pocket. Price at P10,500.00

source: Katré

Hanover : This two zipped compartment satchel comes in Black, Blue, Oat, Red and Yellow.  The middle part or main compartment of the bag is magnetic enclosure with interior zip pockets and key holder.  Dimension: 9.5" x 13.25" x 5.75".  I find this bag perfect for office use: the handles are adjustable and you can also attach a long bag strap on it.  The only downside is, it's a little heavy. Price at P13,999.00

source: Katré

Camden Tourist Convertible : My favorite of all!♥♥♥  It's a three (3) way bag - hand bag, shoulder bag and back pack in one.  Perfect for travel and work... This zipped enclosure bag has snaps on the sides like the Hanover as well as interior zip and open pockets.  Dimension : 12" x 15.5" x 5.5" and Price at P14,500.00.

When I purchased the bag I got a free mobile case and a Katré card.  Will be posting a review of the bag soon...

What are your thoughts about this new collaboration? You can share it on my comments section.

Make up: Colourpop Love♥

I have been into cosmetics nowadays... Well that started when I discovered "Colourpop"... 2 years ago.  Honestly, I am not used in wearing make up.  I remember when I was first applying for a job in Makati, the interviewer told me "Iha, don't you wear make up?" and I said: "No, Ma'am I don't know how to apply and I am not used to wearing make up po".  Then she goes, "You should learn especially when you are applying for a job, it won't hurt if you put a little make up."  I got the job though... but it made me wonder - Do I looked awful that day? hahaha.. I only used baby powder on my face, anyway... (that was years ago)  The first face powder I used was Shine free it was good then my cousin in the USA introduced "Clinique" to me which is the pressed powder I was using for 20 + years now... sometimes I alternate it with L'Oreal when the shade I am using was not available.  I also use L'Oreal Infallible liquid foundation. So for the past 25 years I am just happy with the Clinique pressed powder and lipstick... until I discovered Colourpop.  (But before Colourpop I also bought Kylie liquid lipstick it's pricey but almost the same formula of Colourpop)

My first Colourpop purchase (in 2017) were 2 ultra satin liquid lippies which are Magic wand and Strip, Lippie stix in I'm yours, Lip primer, Super shock eye shadow in wattles, pressed powder eye shadow in Ego, and a highlighter in Lunch Money.  It was a big risk for me because I am not sure if the cosmetics will work for me and not give me breakouts.. I just based my purchase on the reviews I read online.  And the rest is history... (*wink)

I have my favorites after that first purchase: Loved the Ultra satin liquid lipsticks, the shades are perfect! For someone who's into nudes... The pressed powder eye shadow in Ego was my all-time fave I was able to purchase 2 before it was phased out.  Their eye shadows were super pigmented and easy to apply, and that started my addiction to Colourpop's eye shadows.  Lunch money highlighter was also super nice!  And it was my first time to use highlighters and I liked it.

*Eye shadow palette

After that purchase 2 years ago... I have been a lover of Colourpop. When Ego (eye shadow) was phased out I need to try other shades... Then Colourpop came up with their "Brown Sugar" Collection.  I bought that I shadow palette and it was super love!

I recently ordered my 2nd palette because I am afraid that they would phase it out again.  I also bought (to try) their "Going Coconuts"... a much lighter nude shades...  Actually before purchasing the Going Coconuts it was a battle between the Nude Mood palette. hihi...

Going Coconuts palette
*Highlighter

Colourpop's bestseller was Lunch money and Flexitarian.  Both are awesome products... Lunch money is a little lighter than the Flexitarian.  At first I don't know how to use or apply a highlighter, but through research online (by watching make up tutorials online) I was able to know how to apply the product.  For those who does not know how to apply a highlighter:  After applying you face make up (foundation, concealer and blush), (a) Apply highlighter on top of your cheekbones; (b) Dab a little on the tip of your nose.  You may also brush a little down the center of your forehead and on the chin.  But for me I only apply highlighter on top of my check bones and on my nose, so my face won't look that oily.

Also bought "A smile and a song" highlighter which is from their Limited Edition Disney Princess Collection.

*Concealer

I am a late bloomer when it comes to make up, not really used in applying concealer.  The first time I used one was concealer stick of L'Oreal.  But under the eyes I realized that it was better to use liquid concealer to hide those dark circles.  I tried Colourpop's No filter matte concealer in Medium dark 32. I don't like light  shade make up... My make up peg is JLo... bronzy natural look. (*wink).  I don't like too light around my eyes... I wanted my concealer or foundation to be a shade darker than my skin tone.

Aside from that I recently purchased a No filter stix concealer in Medium 110W (from Colourpop).  I have not tried it yet.. But it has good reviews though. I will try to make a review once I have used it.

*Lipstick

I am not into matte lippies, because it dries my lips... So when I decided to try Colourpop's liquid lipstick, I bought their Lippie stix and one (each) Ultra satin lipstick in Strip and Magic wand. Oh I also purchased a lip primer in order to protect my lips from drying before I apply a lipstick.  But to my surprise I don't need to apply the primer before using their Ultra satin liquid lipstick it did not dry my lips.  And of course I feel in love with the shades.

Verdict: ♥♥♥♥.5

I love Colourpop cosmetics that is why I kept on buying them again and again.. hahaha... It works for me ("hiyang").  I should have gave it 5 (hearts) but the downside is - it's hard to purchase the product, I need to buy it from abroad.  Yes, you can buy it from online sellers here in the Philippines, but I am afraid that I'll get fake ones.  I just purchase the products directly from their website, so whenever it's time buy again... I try to offer a pre-order of Colourpop products on my online boutique.

PS:  I also purchased their "No filter loose setting powder, I also have not tried it yet will also post a review next time.
