Chocolate moist and Red Velvet cupcakes for my nephew's christening last August 19, 2012...  For the chocolate moist cupcake i used butter cream frosting and cream cheese icing for the red velvet. I used to make lemon chiffon cupcakes for special occasions but for a change i decided to make chocolate and red velvet. I truly love red velvet, that's why i so glad that i was able to bake a perfect red velvet that really suits my taste!♥ And the guests loved it also! =)

Color Blocking Fashion Trend

We often hear this fashion trend nowadays... So what does color blocking mean? Color blocking - is combining loud and bright colors for more dynamic and confident look... But if you're not ready to mix or combine colors Black and White offers a modern look all you need to do is to add BOLD colorful accessories! How to achieve this? What's with the Planner...?

I don't know why I am so drawn in collecting planners or organizers.  I recently received a Starbucks 2011 planner from my cousin Steph. Honestly, i don't really like writing on them, i just keep them. I am happy seeing them piled in my bookshelf at home... At work i have a couple in my drawer...  Some of them i keep, but i also use planners to organize my "things-to-do" and to remember... This year i am using a Hello Kitty planner I got from National Bookstore.  ♥

Piling on rings

I just love piling on rings as a simple yet a chic way to complete an outfit or even to completely change its mood. (on me: Vintage lace and Peacock cocktail ring -  from Fabulousity by Chiq Santos♥)

Hello Kitty Pink Party♥

Everyone of us have our own childhood dream...  I am a big Sanrio fan! I remember whenever we go to Unimart in Greenhills shopping center i always wanted to stop by Gift gate.  To buy a pencil with pencil cap of course or even a small memo pad or sticker...My favorite characters were My Melody and of course Hello Kitty.  I still have some of them... like my mirror and comb compact, old pencils and stamp.   I have always wanted to have a Hello Kitty Theme Party. ♥  So i promised myself, i'll do it on my 40th birthday.  I was really excited in preparing it! (Well, i really enjoy party planning.) I started with the concept... what i really want..!?  I wanted the party to be intimate... with my family, close friends.. those who made a mark / were with me in my 40s.   Party Theme: HELLO KITTY PINK PARTY♥ The planning was exciting... i did a couple of research online... i even went to Divisoria with my brother to find the stuff i need....
