How to organize important documents♥

source: Google If your important documents are scattered all over your cabinet or drawer, maybe this is the right time to develop a proper filing system. What are the important documents are we talking about?  These are your birth certificates, school records, bank records and etc. What are the things you need? Sticky notes or index tabs Document binder or clear book Sticker label or Label maker Bond paper Expandable plastic envelope What to do?  First determine your goal.  Decide on how you want your documents be organized.  When I started organizing my documents I allotted a separate clear book for each set of documents.  Put a label for each clear book :  Important personal documents (Birth and Baptismal Certificates, Photo copies of Identification cards,  SSS, Philhealth, National ID, TIN ID and etc;   School and Office/Work records (Report cards, Class cards, Work contracts, Certificates, Awards and etc.) Bank Records : Bank certificates...

Being Single...♥

Many people thought that you are lonely if you are single or you are not in a romantic relationship.  I don't know why this is a big deal to some people.  Yes, I am single.  But I could look straight into their eyes and say "I am not lonely."   I am not a man hater, choosy... maybe it's my destiny.  Who would wish to grow old alone?  As a child, I also dreamt of walking down the aisle wearing a wedding dress.  But what will you do if that's your fate.  I never questioned God..  Honestly, I also hoped and prayed for that... but every time I meet someone.. I always pray to God, if he is or the not the one, give me a sign or enlighten me - so I could make a right decision.  I believe that God has always guided me in all the decisions I made.  And I don't regret it.  I have a lot of learnings and I am thankful for it. There are times I wished that I have someone... especially when I am not feeling well or too stressed at work ...

Tips for getting your US Visa Approved♥

source: Google If you plan to travel in the US you need to apply for a US visa before you can make your dream travel a reality.  Here in the Philippines getting a US Visa is really hard and complicated.  Yes, it is not really easy to get one and we hear a lot of stories of visa application being denied .  Honestly, it really took me a while (years to be exact) to get one because being single is one of the red flags in getting approved. But after applying and getting approved after my first attempt I realized it's not that hard after all.  I tell you... at first it was nerve wracking but I believe if it's God's will and the timing is right you will surely get it.   Here is my story. What's the most important thing to do in filling up the application is providing real information.  They will know if you are not telling the truth.  I filled out the DS-160 form by myself, I just asked a few questions from my cousin who recently got her visa approved....

How to compute your Pag-ibig MP2 Savings Dividends♥

Pag ibig fund recently announced that the dividend for MP2 Savings for 2022 is 7.03%.  Did you know how the earnings or dividends are computed?  Honestly, I tried a couple of times finding out how, and  I think this is the right time to share how I computed my yearly dividend.   I made an Excel sheet formula computation: Computation for P1,000.00 contribution per month starting January 2020, with dividend rate of 6.12%. Year 1  Formula: Contribution for the month x Dividend factor x Dividend rate = Amount of Dividend month                                                January :      P1,000.00 x 1.00 (12/12) x 6.12% = P61.20                                              Feb...

Review: The Poléne Numero Dix

Recently Poléne has become one of the sought after bags here in the Philippines.  A little background about the brand, it is a top-end leather goods brand based in Paris founded by siblings (two brothers and a sister) in 2016.  According to it's website : their "collections embody confident and classical true line combined fluid and graceful curves."  No wonder their bag designs have beautiful curves.   Before I forget to mention, their bags are handmade in Spain.  The first Poléne bag that became a hit here in the Philippines was their flagship model Numero Uno.  I will try to feature that Numero Uno soon.  Today I will share about the Numero Dix. Poléne Numero Dix in Taupe The Numero Dix is an equestrian inspired saddle bag.  This handmade half moon design bag is made from full grain smooth calf leather.  It comes with two adjustable shoulder straps in 106cm and 138cm.   The bag also comes in variety of colors: click the link...
