My first Google Adsense Payment♥

source: Google.com When you reach the Google Adsense threshold (in my case) here in the Philippines it's $100.00, you are now eligible for payment.  Keep in mind that your account should be verified first before you can receive payment.  To be verified you will receive a Google Adsense Pin which will be sent to you by postal mail within 2 to 4 weeks.  It took a month before I received mine  because of the pandemic, I entered it as soon as I got it (Pin validity is 4 months from the date your pin was generated and if you don't update your account your ads will stop showing). After entering the pin and verfying my account  I added my bank information where the payment will be sent.  Before you can choose whether to receive it via Western Union but now payouts are sent by wire transfer to your bank.  For me, I think it's more convenient.  How to add your bank information: Log in to your Google Adsense account Click on PAYMENTS Then go to "How to get ...

Review: One/Size Turn up the Base Versatile Powder foundation♥

source: Sephora.com For those who is not familiar with this make up line, it's owned by Patrick Starrr.  Patrick Starrr is a Fil-American make up artist who recently launched his own make up brand.  Honestly, I have learned about this brand through the vlog of Small Laude, when she had a collaboration with Patrick Starrr.   I admit (super curious) really wanted to try it.  I have tried American make up brands like Clinique and Colour pop and they did not disappoint.  So why not try One/Size to support a fellow Filipino.   One/Size is available in Sephora Philippines online:  One/Size on Sephora PH .  Since I have a hard time sourcing Clinique Super powder double in Matte Honey, I decided to try it's powder foundation.  What's good about the Sephora website they can help you find your shade.  To find your matching shade: just choose the brand, product and shade.  In  my case, I chose my favorite Clinique shade - and th...

Menopause and weight gain♥

source: google (ctto) Have you experienced fitting your favorite outfit and it does not fit anymore?  Or your clothes size started from Small and now you are either Large or Extra Large.  It's really depressing, right?! As people get older, based on my personal experience maintaining our usual weight becomes really difficult i.e., even if we don't really change our eating habits.  Honestly this had brought me a lot of stress and anxiety especially when I turned 50 last January.  Yes, I am aware that weight gain as we grow old is inevitable but let's face it this really affects us.  Especially when someone comes up to you and tell you: "Uy, ang taba mo!"  (Hey, you gained weight!)  Things we don't really want to hear, especially when you are in your peri menopause or menopause because women are more sensitive during this stage in their lives.  I exercise regularly, walk and use stairs instead of using the elevator and the escalators at work... I am...

Mobile phone bag trend♥

Small or tiny bags are not new... Last year I also wrote about mini bags but this time one of the hottest trends this year is none other than the mobile phone bag.  Small bag but more functional, one that does not only fit your mobile phones but you can also your car key's, credit/bank cards and a lippy.  These bags are great for traveling. Here are some functional tiny bags for the budget conscious and to those who are into luxury ones:    Zara Nylon phone bag - P1,495.00  Source: Zara.com Zara Contrast Phone bag - P2,595.00 Source: Zara.com Kate Spade Manhattan Mini tote - $248.00 source: katespade.com Kate Spade Manhattan Striped Mini Tote - $248.00 source: katespade.com T Monogram Colorblock Jacquard Mini Tote - $428.00 source: toryburch.com Furla Essential Mini bag S Salvia C  source: furla.com Louis Vuittion Petit Sac Plat source: louisvuitton.com Dior Mini Book Tote Phone bag source: dior.com Do you think this cute bag will fir your lifestyle? xo, Ch...

Tips: For an "Utang-free" (Debt-free) life♥

source: Google (ctto) Debt or Utang have destroyed many relationships: family, relatives and even friends.  Who does not have "utang"?  Utang (Debt) is not a bad thing.  Don't get me wrong but there are two (2) kinds of debt : 1) Good debt and 2) Bad debt.  Good debt is money owed that can help build your wealth while the latter (Bad debt) refers to a debt that does not give you big financial outcomes.      Here are some of my tips to have a "Utang" free life: Live within your means - spend less on your lifestyle than the income you earn.  Buy only the things you need not your wants.  If you have extra money from your earnings after setting aside funds for savings, paying off your utilities and debts maybe you can give in to your wants. Honestly, when I was younger I experienced this but later on I have realized that I should save more for my future.  Like getting an upgrade for my 1 year old mobile phone because a new mobile phone ca...

Review: Mr. Paws PH♥

This is a long overdue review.  Mr. Paws Ph is a Pet Grooming Salon and Hotel located in The Grove - Rockwell, Barangay Ugong Pasig city. I first learned about Mr. Paws in January 2021, through Moira dela Torre's Instagram: when I was looking for a grooming salon for Mochi's first haircut.  There are a lot of things I really considered in choosing a pet salon.  My sister had a bad experience with a pet salon near our place because her furbaby died due to a broken skull, and I don't want to experience the same.    Grooming by appointment - Since the Covid-19 cases that time was really high, I really opted to find one that is not crowded.  It's really a plus factor that they don't accept walk-ins.  You need to book an appointment for your furbaby's grooming.  You can book here:  Mr. Paws Ph - Online Booking . Cleanliness -  Aesthetically the salon was at par.  It's clean and they use organic and high quality cleaning products in the s...

Reaching my first $100.00 Google Adsense threshold♥

When the vloggers in YouTube are waiting for their accounts be monetized.  I am so excited for next month because it's my first Adsense payout.  I started my blog in 2005 but in multiply, but when it closed down I shifted to blogspot in 2012.  I started my Adsense account in June 2020, so after two years I have reached the $100.00 payout threshold.  Kinda long (for a payout),  right?! But it's okay.  I am still grateful for it.  Because most of the creators are all in YouTube.  I am happy that there are still people who find it interesting to read blogs.  What is Google Adsense?  It provides the publishers or content creators to earn money from their online content.  Adsense automatically match your ads based on your contents. I am not yet ready to shift to Vlogging because honestly I am camera shy.  I would rather write and continue sharing things here in my blog at the moment.    Next time, I will share how I signed...
